Cherish the babies
Soon they will know everything, hate your running, tease your for your running because you can out-run them when you’re pushing 50, and some are known to behave like ranting lunatics every-so-often too (not ours of course). By the time they snap out of it, these babies will be too big to cradle in your arms. So, CHERISH.
Mine can run faster than almost everyone in the province his age. He has the medals to prove it...but only over 60 metres. I can kick his @ss at any distance over 100 m. Even with only one good foot. You bet I cherish!

ReplyDeleteWindnsnow, thanks for visiting. That is terrific about your son! It's in the long distances that I leave my sons in the dust too. (Long distance for them means about a 1/2 mile : )) Lucky for me.
